Evening, I've no green internet light on my hub? I've got wireless & power. It went off about an hour ago for no reason? I've powered off a couple of times, checked cables etc but I'm unsure of what I should do next? I've ran a check on my line and it keeps coming up with an outage for my area and won't let me go any further!? Kind regards

You would need to contact sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer. If there is an outage in the area and Sky are aware of it there will be further information about it.
