No internet light issue

My sky router is showing no internet light with the other two lights green. A test of the connection suggests no issues known in the area and everything looks okay.

 

Going round in circles and it is not obvious how to get this resolved...

@Michellelatham  Is that you running the service checker? Can you run the broadband test to see if it can see the external fault.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
