My sky router is showing no internet light with the other two lights green. A test of the connection suggests no issues known in the area and everything looks okay.
Going round in circles and it is not obvious how to get this resolved...

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
