What a joke! These things happen but don't tell us there's no issue when there clearly is and when I've unplugged my router too don't say all devices are connected ok.

No internet for about 90 minutes now (Morecambe). Super annoying.

Same here. TV lost connection approx 11.30pm. Slow green flashing light on hub. Did all the switch off and on stuff. Basically everything not working . TV  Home phone WiFi  etc etc. All check show no problem !!!

Have contacted Sky Chat and have been told there is a MASS ISSUE and it'll get off for a few hours whilst it gets sorted.
