@davidnicoll Sky will only supply boosters is you subscribe to Sky WiFi Max, if you do subscribe to that then you need to call to request a booster.

I have been given 3 boosters Hallway, Bedroom1 abd bedroom 3, we live in a bungalow. Just had a new router installed because of poor wifi around the house. Wifi aound the house is still useless. I am sitting next to My PC with a WiFi extender less than 30 feet from the router  have loads of connection on the PC but IPhone4 next to extender I am on 4G ??? 2 Visits told all sorted within hours the wifi is useless again.
