No internet

No Internet, amber light showing tried following the guidance given still not working. All other lights on the hub are green except Internet.

If you're using a non-Sky router, you'll need to access the admin page of your router to find your stats.

@Beechmead if the Service Checker in My Sky is not telling you Sky are aware of a fault give them a call when their lines open by 8am so thry can getvthe line fixed.
