No internet in Greenock, Inverclyde
My Sky box shows a green light at the power, and a green light at the wireless but an intermittent red/orange flashing light at the internet. My main skybox is telling me I'm not connected to the internet. What should I do next.

Re: No internet in Greenock, Inverclyde
@Liz865 If there is a problem that has just occurred then the Internet will got to the amber or out light state. You either trust that the hub is correct or not! After about an hour you can go run the link below via mobile data, it may be able to inform you if there is a fault developed that sky are aware off, that is called an Area wide fault, NOTHING you can do about that, just let sky be aware by calling them.
If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If you also have the older sky Q hub with the three lights then it is time to get that replaced, sky broadband hub upright black 4 lights, 4th may be out depending on your connection type!
