No doubt the same outage as above . The same applies contacting sky would be quicker but we can also escalate to sky

Hi, Sky have confirmed an outage in the area and that they are working on it.

Yes it's down in Cradley Heath B63 and with poor sky mobile internet speeds here I'm using my works Vodafone for internet access.

There is a broadband outage in the west midlands area. What is the usual time for a broadband outage to be repaired, and who will be repairing it?

My broadband has been dropping in and out for about 10 days now, and now it's not working at all!

Is this a common problem?

Are you in the Dudley/Stourbridge area . Sky are aware and the outage follows the same pattern as BT.  I would imagine openreach are dealing with it as we speak

@MartyMc1 goven forum members are customers like yourself its unlikely. If your service is down give Sky a call as they cannot pick up,account details from a forum post.
