Same here in EH11. Phoned sky but they said there's no reported outages in the area! They asked me to switch router off for 20 mins and try again! Still nothing!

No Internet at EH11 area since last night. Not sure what is the issue. After reading in this forum, looks like people called up sky and the issue is still not resolved. Very disappointed service from sky and now the price is also increasing, maybe will switch to another provider
