My broadband is not working I have reset my hub numerous times power light is green and so is wifi light green but no internet light on the hub or voice light not showing have also done the checks it says you can't see my hub how do I get intouch with sky

I'm the same EH12 area too - tried to book engineer visit but says SkyServer down and to retry - any updates?

Also EH12, showing no engineer visits available until 22/09 but looks like an area issue despite sky saying no known issues 😡

i called and want me to book an engineer (26th September) i said numerous people experiencing but said not been put as an outage yet!! said can take hours for this to register but when look on twitter would seem like been going on since about 3am

I've got the same issue EH29, restarted a few times. Showing up as "voice" and "internet" issues on my hub
