No internet for 2 hours

Had no internet for 2 hours now with orange lights on I have gone though all steps given and seems as there are multiple posts around the same time I have had issues I hope sky is fixing the problem on there end as it's a joke now

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
