No internet for 2 days
I've done all the usual, switch everything off then back on again but nothing. The status of my satellite signal says Locked? Never seen this before.

@grace1631 the satellitecsignal has nothing tondo with your broadband. Run Sky's service checker innthe My Sky app over a mobile connection as that will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line. If they aren't call them and reportvit as it wont getvfixed until you do.
