No internet error 106

Hi I've got no internet. Router power light is on and WiFi light is on but internet light off. On the TV it says error 106. I've tried all the wires and reset everything and still doesn't work. Any ideas? Please help

I have the same issue. I have read on other posts it could be the Ethernet cable so I have ordered a new one.
