You are indicating early termination charges on my account but i cancelled following a price increas

I cancelled my broadband after receiving notice of a price increase and was told i could do so with no charges but you are now showing huge cancellation charges due 1st June! I need you to cancel these incorrect charges

You'll need to call Sky then. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer to customer forum.

@MarkFirth  Did you give notice within 30 days of receiving the notification?
