We have had no Internet since 6pm yesterday. I saw there was an issue in our area yesterday so assumed that it would be off during the night and back on this morning, however it is still off - the area check now says there are no issues in our area but we are still having problems. I have tried resetting the hub in multiple different ways following multiple guides and trouble shooting with no luck - the Internet and voice light were Amber yesterday but now both are off, the power light and the wifi light are green. We have called Sky and asked them to look into this in more detail but the person I spoke to was very unhelpful and didn't give me any advice on what to do - i asked to speak to someelse but they wouldnt pass me on to anyone and they have not resolved anything. I have submitted a photo to the network team and still haven't heard anything back - I would like an engineer to come to the address but it seems impossible to speak to anyone to request this. I have used the chat bot, spoken to sky and followed reset and troubleshooting guides - what else can I do?
