No internet connection

No internet signal between sky streaming box & router, have reset both thknhs but nothing

@Dd1963 its not clear whether your broadband is down or simplybthecwifi between thevhub and puck is the issue easiest way to tell is by looking at the lights on the hub see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start and follw thecstepscsuggested.
