Network disconnected on TV

The network is disconnected and I m unable to see anything as it directs to trouble shooter

@Minuoberoi assuming uou have Sky Broadband look at the lights on the Sky hub and follow the steps here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
