I have followed all suggestions and still have no internet connection to the Sky Glass. Cannot speak to a human on the phone number. Phone line working and mobile connected to WiFi so seems to be TV only that's affected.

@SallyB4 So you can browse the internet and do all other things with your broadband connection. It is only your Sky Glass that seems to think that you have no internet connection?

I use the internet on my phone, so assume it is just the TV. All checks say the internet and WiFi connected, so could be the weather? (The service can sometimes be disrupted with heavy rain, but not sure why)!
