No internet connection

My sky on tv says I have no internet for past 3 days. My mobile phone says internet connected however on my tv I cannot access sky cinema, sky store, catch up tv or home. I have reset it following the instructions dozens of times . I have today gone out and bought a longer cable so I can move my sky router so it is now next to my sky box as I thought maybe they were too far apart suddenly. But still it does not connect to the internet on the tv.

What are you using for your TV? Smart TV? Sky +? Sky Q? Sky Stream? Sky Glass?
