No longer able to upgrade apps via the Sky router

For the past few days, l've been unable to update some apps via the Sky Router. However, l have no problems when l switch it off and use my mobile data!

Over the weekend Sky had some issues with Google services like Play, YouTube etc, the issues are resolved now so things should be better for you?

Thanks.  Everything appears to be ok now, but this morning it appeared that l'd lost all of my 2TB of recorded programmes, as l had a constant error message about a problem with my hard disc storage. Despite following the Sky reset instructions several times, nothing worked. I was just about to call Sky to report the problem but l thought l'd give it one last try (reset). Jackpot!!
