No internet connection

All the tests keep saying I have internet. I don't the hub has orange on the second and 4th. Sequence is green orange green orange. 

I've restarted the hub and TV but nothing. Any ideas?

@EmMW if the service checker in the My Sky app is not telling you that Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line call Sky to report it lines should be opening around now.
