No internet connection

No internet connection since early this morning? The power light is green, WIFI is green, and the voice is a red light. We woke up to find no internet!

Me too.   Tried a few times to connect again ' tried switched power off but nothing

If the light is red, you need to call Sky directly, as this is a sky community forum.
