My router isn't working. There are no lights on it and I've tried it in other sockets and still nothing. I've tried other appliances in the sockets and they have worked fine. So my router is the problem and now this is affecting my tv which relies on the internet. Can this be rectified immediately please as I am now paying for a service I cannot use. Thank you. Please respond asap as I also rely on this for work purposes and if I cannot work I cannot pay my sky bill. Thank you very much.

This happened to me also the other week. I rang Sky immediately (it was daytime) and they said it was a very rare thing to happen however they sent me another router which came the next day so I was only without wifi for just short of 24 hours.
Out of interest I actually plugged my old router into the new plug and cable and it worked so I think the issue isn't the routers it's potentially the fuses in the plugs however I couldn't see a way to change the fuse myself.
Sky did put a hold on my billing as well and said it would start up again once I connected my new router to the internet.
Good Luck 👍

Have you tried pressing the ON-OFF switch on the back of the router
