For the past hour i have had no internet connection. The hub was flashing amber but after a reset it has not come back on.
I have checked internet connection on app/website and initially says theres a problem but after a check says all good - but obviously not.
Tried calling but they say theyre shut at 9pm!!
Any help appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@AA11 if your line is still down this morning call Sky and report the fault.
