The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:

If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Only getting 68mbps and paying for 1Gb

@Jkr1 you are  paying for an up to 900Mb/s broadband service to your hub you can check that speed in the servicecfhecker in the My Sky app.

If you measure speeds on a device connected by WiFi to the hub you are most likely just measuring WiFi speeds in your home. WiFi speeds depend on the layout of your home, what it is built out of and the level of interference. All of these Sky cannot directly control. If you buy Sky's WiFi Max bundle they will guarantee a minimum of 25Mb/s in every room and supply up to 3 extenders. 68Mb/s is not great but is ample for most apps however if you feel you need faster spedds then you nedd to buy extra WiFi equipment.
