No internet connection

Hi Sky,

For the last couple of weeks I have been consistently getting a “no internet connection” message whenever I turn on my puck. It’s getting a bit silly now, especially as I’m paying extra for sports packages and not getting a reliable service.

I’ve tried numerous restarts, checked all cables, and followed all the troubleshooting advice provided online by Sky, but the issue is still happening.

Can you please investigate this properly and advise on a permanent fix as soon as possible?

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

So is your broadband not working at all, as your post isn't clear on that?

Sorry @Charlie8866 bur as you are only talking to other customers here there is nothing we can do for you. If your other devices are working without any issues then it might be a faulty puck so I would give Sky a call about it.
