No internet connection

Hi all

I keep getting a message on my TV when trying to access my apps that I have no internet connection. 

I've done all the necessary checks via my Sky app, unplugged everything, rebooted, restarted  etc and according to Sky, my Broadband, Internet and WiFi are all working fine. 
Yet my TV keeps telling me I have no internet connection so I can't access any of my apps. 
Any idea what the issue is?

@cmrgx Have a look at the hub next time and see what it shows you, link below!

It says my Hub is working fine. All green lights are on? 
But the TV still says no internet

I am having the same issue. My phone is working fine. It says that the internet speed is too low to connect. Is there anything I can do?
