No internet connection red light on router, switched off mains and sky glass tv and still not working , tested broadband on my sky and says no issues unable to watch on sky tv or connect my devices
Ours is exactly same and cant report to sky because nobody works evenings to tell and the online help just goes round in cirlces back to the test uour connectionnpage where it says everything is working fine.
