No internet connection

I contacted your services yesterday because I couldn't connect to the internet. After going through the usual checks when talking to one of your team, I finished off with pressing the reset button down for 30secs and it worked. We had no problems with it last night, but this afternoon it happened again! 
I have gone through the usual process and I'm not getting anything, I have tried several times. Please can you send an engineer out. The guy I spoke to yesterday was on the verge of booking an engineer, but it started to work and he said there was no need to book one now. Please, please help me to resolve this. Thank you

You'll need to contact Sky again. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers but we can't arrange an engineer visit.
