No internet connection

I work from home and I have no internet. Hub is showing all green lights etc - but nothing!

@Charlotte162 Run the service checker to see if sky are aware off any issues. you may have to do it over mobile data as you say you are all green, but no internet connection, and by that all devices are not connected. Link below.

Hi,

 

You are not alone, mine went down around the same time, had a orange light on hub for a few minutes and then came back up just after 10am. I guess they are having problems but nothing showing on their status page.

Mine was flashing orange for a while, restarted my hub and now it's back on but with a solid red light. Devices are connecting as per normal, but with no internet connection. I've run the service checker multiple times, and every time I get green ticks for every section, confirming all is ok, which it definitely isn't.
