No internet connection

All lights Green on router but password [removed] doesn't work for Network [removed]. Openreach ONT box showing Red light at FAULT. Openreach texted me this morning saying there was a fault in the line but haven't done anything to resolve it. 
I therefore have no internet connection. Everything worked perfectly well before the switch from BT to Sky so what has gone wrong?

In the UK two WORKING days is the service level agreement between ISP’s and Openreach for fixing a fault so expecting it to be fixed already is unrealistic.
