No internet connection

I have 2 green lights on the modem  but the middle light is not even orange, just off, hence no Internet connection. I turned it off and on again several times but, it's made difference.

@Kevin19561 Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I run the service checker and broadband checker, they both say my service is fine but still no green Internet light.

@Kevin19561  How long has your broadband been down? Is it less than 1 hour or more?

It's was operating intermittently until about an hour ago when it stopped working at all.

@Kevin19561  After you ran the service checker did you click on broadband to run the further test?

I did run broadband checker, it still said my service was fine. Thankfully my Internet connection is now working, it returned about 15 minutes ago. Thank you for you're time trying to help me.
