My broadband connection keeps dropping out or doesn't connect at all. The lights on the Sky Hub shows still green for power, flashing amber internet, still green wifi.
My TV is connected by ethernet cable and that is not connecting either.
all the checks on the app say there are no issues in the area. Ive tried resetting the hub by holding the button for 10s etc.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tom163 When you run the service checker this is showing you historical data on your services. Can you please click on the broadband button to run an updated test.
