There is no internet connection and no visible problem. All lights are green, connection checks appear to be okay yet there is no internet connection.

Recommend a disconnect and reconnect the internet via the broadband router interface or leave the router off for an hour to establish a new internet zone.

Unfortunately this did not work.
all broadband and WiFi checks come out with no apparent issue.
when I connect to the WiFi with my phone it says "no internet connection".
