@Dancollmccann91 Sky do not normally make engineering visits for Stream as customers self install. Have you by any chance posted in thecwrong section

What sort of engineer are you waiting for, have received any messages with regard an appointment time?

I received a call from open reach engineer at half 12 telling me he was sending another one out to me where is he ? And waiting on fibre installation and internet for sky box I have and router
