No internet connect

Hi, I have no internet connection on sky boxes or my iPad and phone. The  connection to the router is ok. I have done the self tests through sky help

page and it says everything is ok but I can't get any device to work. Thanks very much.

@Subaru842 info on the hub since you do not say what you have.

It's the sky broadband hub. All lights were green except the voice which was amber but has just turned green.

@Subaru842 All green you are good to go, try it and get back if not! New installs are until midnight off the activation day.

All lights are now green and I have checked a few websites and all are ok as is the network connection on my Sky's boxes. Not sure if you have done something remotely but thanks for the help if you have. Hopefully it stays operational.

@Subaru842 You are not talking to anyone from sky on the Forum so nothing was done to your hub or connection....
