Sky Hub clock is off by an hour

Hi! The clock of my Sky Hub seems to off by an hour (it is behind). I also have connection issues to certain apps/websites (banking apps among others) which I suspect that might be caused by that. As soon as I connect to a VPN or use mobile data the connection issues goes away, so it's most definitely caused by the hub itself.

No, that depends on the time stamp on your device, not the hub.

If it's an hour behind, it's probably still on GMT.  When was the last time you reset the connection?

I've reset both the hub and the fibre modem a few hours ago.

@Zolly Have a look in the hub service log, see if the ntp server is failing to connect. You will see entries like this few times through the daily period.

@Zolly No longer have the sky hub up and online, back in it's box now, maybe someone else will see post and take a look on there hub if it is in time sync.
