No internet but the App says it’s all ok it’s been down since last night, came on briefly but now no

Internet went down last night so I reset the box still nothing, the App says all is fine no issues. I've unplugged and checked all the wires several times and still nothing. It will not work but I have to as I work from home! Any other suggestions or can this please be escalated asap

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
