No internet available.

Hi,

 

The broadband and wifi are connected to all our devices but no internet connection is available.  I ahve tried all the troubleshooting steps such as unplugging the router etc but to no avail.

 

We have now been without i ternet for 48 hours and its becoming impossible to work from home.  We need immediate help with this.

@Giuliano1 You could run the Diagnostic test to see if anything is found, else it is a call to sky for them to have a look for you!

 

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
