Hi.
I've had no internet now for a week, I contacted sky last Friday and the person on the phone said it was a fault outside on the line. An openreach engineer turned up Wednesday and said the fault is in my house not outside. Unfortunately my son has covid so he couldn't come in and do the checks.
On my router all lights are green apart from the internet which is flashing orange and voice which is constant orange.
Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?
Thanks

Yes, I've tried swapping it with a still no luck. The internet light has stopped flashing now and is completely off.
Could it be a problem with the router itself?
