No internet and now my sky TV isn’t working

My internet hasn't been working since yesterday evening and now my sky glass isn't working... not happy or impressed as this is the 4th time this has happened in 8 weeks.

Well, yes: it's a streaming television service.  Digital terrestrial television reception may be possible but requires an aerial.

Yes I understand the concept of how it works - but I've got a technical error sign on my tv and I pay a lot of money for the broadband and sky glass so would appreciate it if it worked as I need to do my job which requires internet.

Unfortunately no ISP can guarantee connectivity (particularly at domestic subscription rates) : there are just too many potential failure points.

@Sian110 Is your issue with the Broadband service or TV streaming service?

@Sian110  Is your broadband service still down?  Have you reported uit to Sky?

 

If it's still down then it's obvioulsy going to affect any service relying on a broadband connection.  Until you report it nothing can or will happen.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
