The internet light on my hub is off, with the other two green and the voice solid orange. There are no apparent issues in my area so I did all the tests , unplugged the phone line etc and switched box on and off multiple times and there's still no Internet light on at all. It has now been more than 14 hours.

Hi, it's saying there is a problem with connection and can't see hub, is this a case of calling sky?
