Issues started last night with slow connection speed test was in the single digits! Then this morning no internet at all!
Have been through the troubleshooter and resets but still no internet connection and have a flashing green PON light on the ONT.
Have an engineer booked for Monday but any way to fix in the meantime as a weekend without internet is going to be challenging!

Fibre-optic networks tend not to be very amenable to DIY fixes: once you've checked the physical connections (carefully unplugged and replugged the fibre and ethernet from the ONT, and ethernet at the Sky Hub) and then power-cycled both, everything else is external to the property and entirely beyond your control.
You could consider hotspotting from a mobile or purchasing a WiFi hotspot, but note the compensation for a fault won't start for two days and isn't really intended to cover such expenses.
