No internet and checked all possible issues and resets twice since midnight and it just went down.

you have my sympathy, the SKY server is probably down, its nothing your end as usual.
you can check your router/modem page on the network at 192.168.0.1 (usually this address) and look at the connection details.
just have to wait for the server to come back online

Same problem too, again in Cheltenham. Would help if Sky would list problem on the MySky app as it shows all systems working when really they are not!!!

SKY's checker only checks the equipment is connected and working, but NOT if their server is up and or working !!
and I hate the selfheal page that always assumes it our equipment thats at fault, typical company defence policy.
its about time they posted when server updates are going to take place or line work etc, this is the 21st century LOL
