If open reach have decommissioned ('early') then it may not be possible to resurrect due to the lead time.

 

Did you just cancel instead of a switch?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Have you run the tests to see if there is a fault on your line or do you believe your line has been disconnected early ?

Cancelled tv stream over phone as  told to do so by Sky, but they said that when I order new broadband, new supplier will use one switch.

 

any chance to get sort r refund due to early exit by Sky?

Yes ran all tests , no issues this end not locally

Done the tests and no issues with line. It says all fine locally . I believe the one switch from Sky to Bt may be the issue. Can't use Sky tv stream either obviously

Stream is television, not broadband, but users (and even some Sky staff) get confused.  One-touch-switch only applies to broadband, not subscription television, even if both ISPs also offer subscription television service.
