Power Green light constant

Internet Orange light constant 

Wi-Fi Green light constant 

Voice Orange light constant 

LAN Green flashing 

LOS Red flashing 

PON no light

That combination would indicate an external fault  You'll need to log this with Sky for investigation by the network provider.
