No internet WV4

Broadband test and WiFi say ok but getting no internet error. Tried rebooting and same issue.

tv same error'no internet'

Strange that service checker says broadband and WiFi ok when they were switched off 🤣
LDS light is red , rebooted several times, not fixed so booked engineer for Monday am

@Jenman LOS signal is the one, you have no connection on the Fibre so will have NO Internet until that goes off and the PON returns to a Solid Green if you have a OR ONT!
