Fibre fitted and now unable to connect sky glass via wifi or cable. connected to phones ok just is

Just had fibre fitted and now can't connect sky glass via wifi or via ethernet cable ( no network error).  Phones in house all connected ok to wifi ?

@Andrew+Robson Have no idea about sky Glass, wi-fi can be an issue for reconnecting especially if a new sky Hub, but cable not so sure. Would wipe out or reset the network if yhat is an option on a sky TV and go from there, cable will always be a better connection if you can do that!
