No internet (STILL)

Since yesterday evening, no internet. All lights on the hub, tests all come back fine. Restarted literally everything multiple times. SkyQ boxes even show no internet connection, for catchup, sky cinema etc. and computers cannot connect via WiFi or Ethernet. Same with the phones. The phones won't connect to WiFi.
