No internet. No help.

I've had no internet for 5 days. Service checker takes me through steps and on final step tells me I have a connection but it's slow. Offers sales after that rather than fixing problem.

Yes. Spoke on Friday, told me there's problem in area. Service checker says different. Neighbour is connected to his.
