No internet Liverpool 27/10/25

Anyone else got no internet?

Mine has bern diwn/off no connection since yesterday 26/10/25 - On phone sky infirm me its not my wifi box but, that open reach are working in the area and it may be off another 48 hours until works complete?? Not happy 😞

Is anyone else in Liverpool having same issue and given the same info??

Just checking is it really the area and open reach work or is sky telling stories??? 
Anyone else on here checking?

Sky normally quote 2 WORKING DAYS as a potential fix time. This is the service level agreement in the UK between ISPs and Openreach for fixing a fault as Openreach claim to be successful within that timeframe in about 85+% of cases.

@Clair777 check the Service Checker in the My Sky app which should tell you if Sky are aware of an area issue. If it doesnt call Sky to report your loss of connection.

It is a pain, but just a reminder that Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won’t receive additional or quicker support.
